Declaration of Dividend



JE Cleantech Holdings Limited (“Company”) announced that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of US$0.09 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2024 (New York Time). The payment date is expected to be on or around December 20, 2024.



On November 29, 2024, the Company issued a press release relating to the declaration and payment of a cash dividend on its ordinary shares. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
