PWC is doing just fine, they have done nothing incorrectly, everything was clearly documented throughout this process.
Supplied & posted publicly for everyone to follow.
Cassel's had no involvement & were not part of the BioAmber CCAA insolvency / liquidation.
There is no pot of water, not to have to point out the obvious. 🤷

This was closed out years ago.

No one is thinking about this at all at PWC.

Besides it was signed off by 2 judges and all the secured creditors who had money at stake.

That’s as far as the agreement goes lol. PWC is in no trouble at all over Formerly Known As BioAmber.
