No, I understand what you mean. But, any price set for the "bearers" is a figure and a simple conversion to US dollars (if needed) is very easy to do.

So basically any assigned value, whether rubles, sheckles, dinar, or whatever can easily be converted to US dollars. The value of the gifts or assets are then set

Even bearer shares have a value.
If the auditor could attest to their existence and ownership at year end ... he could put a value on them based on cost accounting rules.

Totally understand the sheckels deal, but what price do you put on bearer share's? The bearer share's can have any price on them especially when they are signed over to whomever, and they decide what the price should be?

Bearer certs are no longer legal in the States. I don't think they are in Canada either.
