SNPW can be in fact ordered to halt its business as a public company as deadlines and regulatory filings are missed. These things take time, and Nick Campanella WILL be banned from securities industries and be charged with Securities Fraud and Market Manipulation. Campanella has profited from selling shares thru his family and affiliates, all the while using illegal paid promoters and fraudulent promotion scams.
Talking about "SEC hasn't formally charged or done anything" as a sign that this company and its conman CEO are clean is grossly negligent.
The FACTS remain a conman runs this company, it's delinquent in its filings, has zero $$ in revenues and been exposed for its mutilple scams. The SEC WILL shut this down, it's just a matter of when, not if.
