There are no translation issues when it comes to MONEY.. That is the only issue here regarding the financials. Also, it would be more prudent to hire US accountants for the US corp and possibly have them correspond with a foreign accountant for small details.

Does that not make more sense to you?

In Toronto & Ottawa there are professional translation services that could do it rather quickly.
