Why would Sulja have an outside accountant from Cairo, Egypt to do the books of a NV corporation?? There is no "translation" issues when it comes to monies deposited.
If the NV corp of Sljb makes money, it is either paid in US dollars or the currency of the market it is made. Any funds transferred back to the NV corp of Sljb would be converted over to US dollars.
Simple to me, there is NO translation issues. Furthermore, using someone from the Middle East to do the accounting for a US corp seems quite odd.
