no it's not and nobody is going to complicate the definition for you.
I used to occur a razor, but it sucked.. I'd get all chapped and had to rub some woke lotion on my face which was a pain in the ass. I just use clippers now because they don't scrape me like a skinned fish but still get the job done until 5 o'clock or so....
