For 17.5 years shorts have been printing shares and selling them to us and using our money while we suffer a share price that's far below valuation.

Ssc said it would be right and just that if in the end we discover that all the money is spent and there's no money to be had. Of course, I believe that the brokers and all the intermediaries would be on the hook for representing to us that we bought actual ERHC shares. Ssc doesn't understand what right and just means no more than he understands what a lie is.

But overall naked shorting like this to control the share price in my opinion is criminal and a Canadian practice that must come to an end. It takes advantage of hopeful investors who don't realize the system is rigged.

Let's see how this shakes out. But it's wrong that they've got to enjoy our money for nearly two decades.

If I recall correctly, you are one of the bag holders from the $99 level. Did you buy into the "dilution insurance" scam? Whether you were smart enough to get out or are still stuck, let me ask a question. Do you truly believe you or anyone else will get dollars/share for erhe? Truly?

One other thing. Do you agree with dickran's latest proclamation that when you make a false statement that something has happened (like a libel suit or cease and desist order) or is going to happen (like an African Queen buying erhe shares and causing an epic $8 short squeeze), it is not a lie until that something doesn't happen? Can you or anyone else please explain how that works lmao? Or was this just more evidence of the 5 D's in action?
