Pink Limited Information Companies meet the minimum requirements under Rule 15c2-11. They may not have timely filings.

Let the fear mongers do what they do . Me personally I am still wanting more shares as cheap as possible. This does not appear to be a a scam the biggest issue people have is that they are greedy and impatient . This is definitely controlled to the point that some group is profiting by keeping it range bound . Regardless who or why doesn’t change the reason the longs are holding strong .illiquid and minimal bid support allows for ez price manipulation. SSDD in the OTC .
