AGREE to a certain extend, if you are smart enough you can find a real one once in a while and make it a win.
*Needs to have an average float...not below 150m but not over 500, imo
*company needs real obtainable business plan/products that can generate revenues
*company needs real management willing to take corporate /officer positions
*company needs ability to get funded after biggest key that management fronts initial monies (no outside liabilities)
*No BS news
OR
get in early on a PnD and know when to bail :-)

FYI, MWWC has almost 6 billllllion issued..MMs are the ones that can get out with $ imo
