I’ll answer for the 3rd time. I have no clue. Maybe to try and thwart any angry shareholders attempts at making him responsible, thinking they getting something in return ? I have no idea just my opinion

Has this new entity that shares were converted into ever contacted you for a shareholders vote ? Ever contacted you or anyone else for their tax and ID information ? Ever sent out a mailer or disclosure statement ? Ever sent out a yearly balance and tax information ?
