Furthermore, they received a notice of allowance for a 20th U.S. patent (with 19 U.S. patents granted to-date). I believe they're not inclined to sell the company currently, mainly because the stock price per share is extremely low at the moment. It's probable that a merger is being considered. That's just my opinion.
