Very interesting he picked this one. There's uncertainty surrounding the heavy restricted share count and where that would leave us a year from now, but he must like the merging company and their management a lot. What's tricky is that he's probably a trader - if this does have a big run from here, that's where I hope I have some discipline and take a little off the table. Not doing it for now though.
