This is monthly, you can see how oversold Cortex is by looking at MACD, the aroon oscillator and stochastics, they have turned up but only in the earliest stages . Also that note the Chaukin money flow is green for february, and it hasn't been that bad for the past 3 months preceding february, the volume spike to finish off february give it a volume reversal similar to the previous one in march, but from a much lower level....there is much more upside. I also notice A/D line and on balance volume turning up clearly which is bullish...I think this is speaking volumes that Stoll is probably right.
