Here's you a small follow up on PI Prevention Care LLC, If you want to move your company from the state of formation to a different state it would need to go through the process of changing company domicile (also called “domestication”). You can change the domicile from any state, but only into a state that support domestication. There are only 27 states that recognizes this, MD isn't one, do you need the list of them I can provide it also.
Here is a small drawback: If you don't live and operate in Delaware, you'll have to also register in your home state, which means you have to do everything twice. You won't have to pay taxes there, but you will still have to pay filing fees in both states. This is a major drawback for small businesses with limited time and resources.
