What on earth is your POINT? That is how legislature works. Back in 2021, Biden and the Dems wanted to pass an infrastructure bill. After months of work, the Senate was able to work up a bipartisan effort.

There were objections in the House, however. Those objections were on both sides. But eventually, each side gave up some of what they wanted, and the bill was passed, and signed into law by Biden.

Again: THAT IS HOW LEGISLATION WORKS. I don't see how you can possibly blame Biden for anything. But that's what you do: you look for fault--even nonexistent fault--in everything Biden and the Dems do.
