Just a matter of time. Some shorting going on trying to keep the price in the $3.15-$3.30 range. Every time we reach $3.30 it gets knocked back down. I guess the big boys are not quite done loading the boat. Gonna fly at some point! Too much volume to stay stagnant for much longer.
