All I said was "self dealing transactions" are completely prohibited as taxable events -- no professional would propose such a transaction(s) -- the IRS seeing such a transaction would void it and bill the taxes due immediately -- there is no defense
and the NYT says it happened in 2008 and the Trump organization "could" owe $100m sometime in the future -- geez -- you guys will buy anything anti-trump
