I learn something every day. I remember when I learned how important the O/S was to the value of a company. I also learned many years ago how a small float/DTC number traders could use that info to manipulate a stock on a pump and dump. Happens every week in the market.
Keep focusing on the DTC number, I get it. I will focus on the one number all professionals use to value a real company with revenues and profits.
