I can almost hear Judy Tenuta’s voice using that phrase from her stand up routine.

That's a fine theory regarding value but if you hope to recognize value in the price of the stock you need buyers and even those who are willing to buy have been met at the door of their brokerages by a sign saying "no buy orders accepted".

How do you propose that the Company will overcome that problem?
