nicehot We don't KNOW at this stage if this company is a scam or not. I own 1.9 million shares and hope it is not. But there are a lot of red flags and I will not be surprividsed at all if it turns out to be a scam. One red flag is the following: Park has not provided what I regard as a convincing reason for transferring all his assets to the shareholders of SPZI free of charge. Nex to nobody acts that way.
