>>I don't believe Tom made a mistake. I think the pr was planned and he took full advantage of the new buyers to dump more shares.
This would also explain many of the past PR's (Walmart, Target, etc.). TG covers himself with the Safe Harbor and words like "authorized" and "approved". I guess 7-11 is a little more contentious than Walmart or Target when being used to pump.
Now that another quarter has ended...look for a sharp increase in the OS count next week.
If TG follows pattern, the big dump shows up at the Transfer Agent during the first week in the quarter. Followed by regular increases until the last month of the quarter where in the week or two prior to the end of the quarter the OS will decline somewhat. When the new quarter starts this pattern repeats.
I still think an RS in December is almost a certainty. With the new MM trading fees (.005 per share) taking effect in the coming months and a OS count that I predict will reach the high 80's by early December, the only way TG can keep things going will be to RS.
If that does happen I wouldn't mind a repeat of the last post RS trading.
November `98 .15 per share then RS at 5 to 1 (new price .75)
January `99 Post RS bottom at .12
April `99 post RS high at $2.00
one could have reasonably expected to buy AVBC at .15 in January `99 and sold at $1.75 in April
The only question remaining is this...
Is TG just a desperate CEO willing to anything to further his dream? or is AVBC just a vehicle for printing stock?
