The problem with each succeeding generation is that they see life with their eyes. You, or I not only see life, but remember life from a time before. A college student is their to find themselves in an educational setting. That passion arrives for some with what is happening around them. In my day, my passion arrived when I got tired of funerals, today, it's seeing the images of Gaza.

Mr. Netanyahu appeared to equate protests against his government’s prosecution of the war Gaza with hatred of Jews. He said the protests on American campuses were “reminiscent of what happened in German universities in the 1930s,” an apparent reference to ideologically militant pro-Nazi student groups that, according to the Holocaust Encyclopedia, worked with the security forces to carry through Hitler’s agenda.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel said on Wednesday that protests at U.S. universities against Israel’s war in Gaza were “horrific” and should be stopped, using his first public comments on the subject to castigate the student demonstrators and portray them as antisemitic.

“It’s unconscionable,” he said. “It has to be stopped.”

Netanyahu and Israel stay the fuck away from our kids. Really, shut the fuck up and stay away from our kids, and stop your genocide on Palestinian kids.

brooklyn13, Or maybe they just care about Israel's overreaction and aren't as happy with the Greater Israel agenda of the worst of the Zionists and of the worst of the Israeli West Bank settlers. Maybe some of those students work two jobs and go into debt to get themselves a higher education.

It's not funny that you go for the all negative around people working and feeling hopefully
positive about more justice, even peace, in the Middle East. It's a bit sickening actually.
