so what you are saying is that there was no way to see it coming?? The price going to .60 totally blind-sided EDIG management?? All the smart folks on this board have known for years that EDIG was going to the moon, but EDIG management never anticipated going to .60? Of course you have to ask why did they agree to those terms if they did not anticipate getting there?
But actually, you make my point. EDIG had no idea exactly when it might happen. That is why they should have done the registration as soon as possible and put themselves in a position to act if they had the chance, whenever it might come. That's just basic Business 101 stuff.
