The answer to your question is NO. “When” they build the new community center for Elk Creek it will be located at First and Ash Streets in Elk Creek. They have NOT started construction as of April 14th 2024 as I took a mini-tour of Elk Creek that weekend. They just put out the construction bid winner on Feb 29th, 2024. I would assume it will be built sometime this summer.
