It is clear to me that you will never ever acknowledge anything that may be perceived as positive. You are undeniably biased, and have an agenda.
Now you are inferring that you admit that they have built a structure/building, regardless of your interpretation of being 7 months late. Only a couple of months ago, you were denying by stating that they slapped an AABB sign on someone elses building. Now you distance yourself from that preposterous and ludicrous weak arse denial.
