i was short mbi way back had some small gains and have shorted fre and fnm LAST year..did ok.....i WILL resghort them agian, ..currently my only financial short is ACF, they are crorrupt to the nth degree and its way up for the year..go figure
i was short jpm when they "saved it" last fall..still got out for gain

my 2 cents. MTG is the worst positioned mortgage insurer of the group. PMI may be second. I think Mlsoft liked MBI short.
