Lucky and Arnie, If you think about it, Americans can only SELL LLBO, but other World Trade Companies can buy. Is there a possiblity trading houses could be in cahoots(DEALS) with each other to make money on this. Someone puts in a sell for .000001 in the US, and someone in Canada or Europe Purchases it for same low price, and they have a deal once PPS starts going up. There is no other reason for this action to be happening. Maybe an EMAIL to the SEC or OTC may shake things up for whoever is doing this. Any Thoughts?
