Elite at $0.14 is way undervalued right now making the market cap a joke as it stands.
The "market" is way too corrupt to make accurate valuations of Companys, one of which being Elite Pharmaceuticals.
What does Elite have to do to get a fair assessment~? Current share price is bunk based on current revenues alone.
After being CFP for how many years, increasing revenues each quarter, drugs currently being manufactured on the shortage list, new ANDAs in the pipeline (needle movers), Elite now with their own BRANDED products, and partnerships with other Pharmaceutical Companies............. the share price is at $0.14~?
If it seems like the share price is being suppressed, the share price IS being suppressed. Many tickers are experiencing the same thing, but Elite has the better balance sheet for sure~! Go figure~!
Blame the DTCC CNS program for this crap. That's where the bulk of these shares come from in daily trades.
Oh, forget ORTEX and FINRA data. Total fiction. Not accurate by any stretch when shorted shares are labeled LONG. They use sham resets, flex options, buy rights, and married puts ALONG with labeling short shares as long.
It's all right there in the Overstock lawsuit.
Just about every stock out there is manipulated this way.
Didn't JP Morgan just get caught labeling Short shares as Long~? Signed an Acceptance Waiver and Consent, got the felony cancelled out as though it never happened and paid a small fine that can be used as a tax write off~?
This was a couple of months ago~? Wash, rinse, dry, repeat....... oh sorry we mislabeled them, won't happen again. Right~!
