I told you they never intended to produce BioSuccinic Acid at Sarnia facility long term . In order to get the benefits of the NOLs they were obligated to use the facility For what it was originally built for . They were required too for 2 years . LCY own people publicly posted what they wanted the plant for . But of course your rebuttal will be that their are no NOLS . You also will say there is no KERP involved either . Deepak Duggar made many public statements about what they wanted the Sarnia facility for . How convenient that all was divulged prior to BioAmber filing for bankruptcy. We must have imagined the shares changing hands after Eno purposely made statements to scare people into selling their shares just to be bought up by some one and then halted . To bad it didn’t scare everybody to sell oops . They never expected this many shares to be out of their control.
