I really believe that either one person, or a group of people is manipulating AXXA stock, downward. For a reason I would like to know, Why.

I believe they rotate buying and selling AXXA between
themselves/accounts for lower and lower PPS through possibly hundreds of accounts. Regardless of what it costs.

Making the discovery of their scam extremely hard to prove by the SEC/FINRA or any other watchdog group.
