Did we not learn yesterday that the 'loan' replaced the buyout? Why bring that up now?
I am a very basic investor, buy lower, sell higher (although I seem to be in reverse right now). All I know about shorting is that it is basically betting that a stock will go down. Looking at the recent history of this stock, that was hardly a bet at all.
There is no need for much investigation. Medify, heal thyself. Sell product. Make money. Stop diluting the stock. Make an 'extraordinary' dividend for the holders since July (amends for the German share promise). Sell your stuff and tell the world about it. The pps will do just fine. Don't waste your time (and ours) blaming shorts.
You seem far more concerned with the stock than you are with your product. Why is that? I wonder... (a little Andy Rooney there ...)
