That pic was from 2020. This other street view is from 2014. As you can see he enclosed the 3 garage bays on the bottom. Probably working from there and living upstairs like a big Spooz Big Baller.
Park posted the guy's website on the JP3E one. It has his contact info listed. I guess he though no one would ever bother looking. That's why Park suddenly pretends his headquarters is on 5th Ave in NYC's Korea Town.
