These type of deals are unheard , or extremely rare !!!

You have never been negotiating debt - or you are lying. Samsung has not much choice, given there is zero in treasury and their debt is junior to payroll and financiers.
It confirms there is not much hope left beyond these 2 which are eating the company alive.
