His face base is a filler grease base. It's a smoother for pock marked and shitty skin. And he has shitty old skin. Then orange cream is put on top of the smoothing base. It's why he shines and reflects so much. Powder can't really fill in that well.
It's called 'grease' but probably not like bacon grease, but more non toxic. Although in a pinch they can use whats left on his face after 15 bergersz. Been away from that sector of work for a while, so stuff probably changes.
He can be any shade he wants, but apparently that is his choice. Kind of a shade of the Great Pumpkin.
We know he smells like a rotten pumpkin.
