You forgot the second part of the post where Total then does a buy out of ERHC after the Shell deal for the JDZ assets and Shell cash valuing ERHC at a dollar a share at least... and a short squeeze effect that could take this up much higher than $8.
Laugh all you want, that's what's going to happen, in my opinion.
