Thomas W. Scozzafava runs in, he’s run many others that reverse split. Often massively. He filed an amendment with the SOS for a 1:1000 reverse split, but has not notified shareholders of a date.

Here’s a few of his listed below. Also this reverse split, EMPZD, split with 80,000 to 1 allowed by FINRA. ouch
