Majority does not have habit to do proper DD. JFH will be big challenge for Asian and USA E commerce and retails. It will challenge in the same time to big chain Flip cart in India and USA in Amazon and eBay etc. They want to enter in USA market so they can maintain their economy with dollars values and same time they are part of Asian Brick currency to make sure their colony position is stable in Asia. IPO process is really expensive and time consuming. Making route through OTC is the best and inexpensive way to enter USA market . It is very easy to jump on Nasdaq through otc. They can attract the big investors.
