If big value does come in, screw the OTC snd just go straight to Naz. It's one scenario I keep playing out in my head.

But I think they will do all the necessary house cleaning under the IGPK flag first. Keep all the ugly under that.

A#1 is getting current for now. See if the shell can even become current? I'd assume JFH has been audited more that Trump. CCP finds fraud, they execute you somewhere no one knows.
So becoming audited down the road is not an issue for JFH, but IGPK the past two years might dig up some termites.
