I've been through a few too.
Shareholders meetings always need to run one.
I forget the ticker, could have been SFIO, tge CEO was pulling those reports habitually.
He did 6 months in Fed pen for selling shares to retirement funds that were never legally created. No wonder he was pulling those., LOL
