Times have changed the past 3 years. No one has confidence of going public. It's killed the R/M game. Only Chinese and scams. Even scams are vetted pretty fast..
You's get change of control news , a good solid 300-800+ run and enough time to DD if the New Co is just another flavor of the month play or something with potential.
It really sucks what has happened. You almost have to become an investor now. That's a lot of risk. But there is no fun is watching dividend paying portfolios. This is still the best game in town.,
