Max, I am sensitive to the role of Exxon in supporting FCEL CCS technology. Perhaps too sensitive.
As Igotthemojo offered in post 58982,

In 8K, March 31,2024, section 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. Amendment number 5..... " the section beginning with "In furtherance of the ultimate goal... "
The wording at the end of the paragraph implies that EMTEC owns certain rights that it is "granting" to FCEL rather than something that is owned by FCEL that can benefit EMTEC. Is this a legal difference or what seems to be Exxon saying you have no rights unless granted them by EMTEC?
Yours and Hog's explanation ("book" in a future post ) does untangle the relationship web somewhat with Exxon and FCEL Since Few was/is also on Exxon's Board, explaining that relationship might ease mine and Igotthemojo's concerns. You and Hog have a much better grasp than most of the FCEL/Exxon engagement so If you and he are not worried then I am relieved. I submit to my original view that I am too sensitive to the relationship of Exxon/FCEL.
