He got them for IR services. Stock Promoter stuff. They were valued at 0.000735, so he's looking at a 10x plus appreciation on his stock promotion activities, given current prices.

They should have been unrestricted after a year holding, so, probably not coincidentally, on Jan 11, 2024.
