CEOS .215 down almost 30% after supposed good earnings, and no dilution supposedly, something seems wrong with this ticker, either someone's pumping, or someone's dumping, so with 2x 10 day vol, and all red, I'm thinking someone inside is liquidating, but WHY if #'s were good
