As you said from the beginning the whole scheme is a just yet another Trump con job. Do you
think Trump is still going to be able to pull billions out of it even though it is so obviously that?

The first thought would be... yes, I don't see why not.
But if one considers all the trials, delays, speculations about what exactly he owns and when he can trade it and that there are a hundred different stories on that, no one really knows. Even in their (djt) own filings to the SEC and whatever, the stock counts do not match up to other filings. Also, ALL the paperwork has been manipulated so many times most people lost count. The only one who truly knows is him. And he hasn't said a word about that.

And... The SEC has announced even after their announcement that the merger could happen they stated the NONE of the SEC financials that dwac turned in can be relied on. Basically meaning they don't think the companies numbers are real or accurate. The investigation was for insider trading including their filing veracity and accuracy.

The ability of shittypants to trade his shares, which were allegedly restricted could have the restricted legend removed with proper 'lawyer opinion letters' to the SEC. However, no one in their right mind should trust anything coming out of this company.

The public doesn't even know the extent of what shittyass has set up in the corp, because most of the filings are incredibly convoluted goobly gook. Orlando is famous for this. So is nunes, who was a shifty criminal politician. He had his head up shittypants ass the whole time.

The safest thing to say right now is there is too much speculation and too little real info to even guess how much stock he can unload and when. I know that isn't too helpful for the direct question, but I think it's the fairest thing to write.

EDIT: I forgot to include that I think it's possible that orangedonshittypants can actually sell his stock to the company treasury in a form of personal deal? Again, I've seen that in other scams, but I'm not completely sure of how that is accomplished or even if he can. But it's possibly out there for him.
