Dumb. NDAs govern the treatment of confidential information. They do not themselves contain confidential information.

There is no prospect whatsoever of share purchase 6 years after liquidation. There is currently no assets or IP left to buy.

There will never be an NDA or CA that will hide a transaction in a public company or share purchase from the owners of the shares.
They were used to protect sensitive inner company data.
If you think an NDA or CA is still hiding your windfall then you should not be trading at all. All of the CA/NDA that kept material information under seal have all been lifted long ago at the end of the liquidation which then showed the liquidations purchase price for all the assets, the bidders and the bids. Which all shows LCYB as the high bid who purchased all of the assets except for the cash, AR, inventory and some office furniture located in the US. It all went to LCYB for $4.34 mil all above board approved by not one but 2 federal judges, the attorneys and all of the creditors.
