So, we are not going to get anything for the US CTs from the 'Judgement Award' in the UK Court by April 9th, 2024, per the schedule agreed upon in front of the Court by LBHI, LBI, PWC and other 'parties to the Settlement' ??

Starting in April 2012, the Lehman estate made sixteen cash distributions to creditors. The total amount distributed was more than $126 billion, out of which almost $94 billion went to third-party creditors. We estimate the total allowed claims to third-parties as $304-312 billion, implying a recovery rate for third-party creditors of about 31 percent (see chart below).

28h Plan Distribution
On April 4, 2024, LBHI will make its 28th Plan
Distribution to creditors. The Company will
distribute approximately 👉️$177 million, including
$162 million to creditors on account of claims owned
or formerly owned by third party creditors.
Through👉️ D28, the Debtors will have made
distributions to creditors totaling $129.2 billion,
including👉️ $96.2 billion on account of claims owned
or formerly owned by third party creditors.
