Sorry, but that is incorrect.

"Non-Accelerated Filers have 90 days after their fiscal year-end to file their 10-K."

90 days from 31 Dec (KBLB's fiscal year end") is this Saturday.

Even in non-leap years, they would only have until the end of the month (31 Mar).

So it looks like YOU WERE WRONG AGAIN!
