28h Plan Distribution
On April 4, 2024, LBHI will make its 28th Plan
Distribution to creditors. The Company will
distribute approximately 👉️$177 million, including
$162 million to creditors on account of claims owned
or formerly owned by third party creditors.
Through D28, the Debtors will have made
distributions to creditors totaling $129.2 billion,
including $96.2 billion on account of claims owned
or formerly owned by third party creditors.
