Only the ticker is dead, BioAmber is still Active according to McKoy from what I've gathered.

What’s funny is that there is nothing to wait for but by all means hold onto those worthless shares.
FKA BioAmbers fate was known and sealed back in 2018 when the liquidation of assets was approved. All the employees were let go, the BOD resigned, the company was shut down. The final nail in the coffin was in 2019 when PWC informed FINRA of the liquidations outcome. At that point FINRA suspended the CUSIP (no coming back from that) and deleted the ticker.
All that’s left is a debt ridden voided shell with Zero Assets and about $100 mil of debt still attached to it.
There is zero chance of financial recovery in any form as that is how it works when the company leaves all of its creditors impaired with no chance of recovery.
